оценка интеллектуальной собственности
Определение стоимости объема прав на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, владение которыми обеспечивает их владельцу определенную выгоду.Многообразие объектов ИС не позволяет применять для их оценки стандартные методы и подходы. В любом случае оценка представляет собой денежную меру того, сколько юридическое или физическое лицо готово заплатить за владение правами на конкретные результаты интеллектуального труда. Применяются разные виды стоимости (рыночная, инвестиционная и др.) и разные подходы к ее оценке: сравнительный, затратный, но наиболее часто — доходный подход к оценке. В последнем случае стоимость интеллектуальной собственности определяют как ее способность приносить покупателю или инвестору доход в будущем. Он приравнивается к текущей стоимости чистого дохода, который может быть получен от использования данной интеллектуальной собственности за экономически обоснованный срок ее полезного использования. Оценка интеллектуальной собственности требуется при внесении стоимости интеллектуальной собственности в уставный капитал компании, покупке и продаже предприятий, приватизации, кредитовании под залог и др. коммерческих операциях.
